Hi SC team,

first, thanks for such a well thought and detailed charting platform. as a software programmer and system analyst myself, i can appreciate the meticulous work put behind this product.

I appreciate your support with below two questions. unfortunately, I am not able to find resolution either in documentation or support board threads

Q1> i created a future server side sim account and created symbol limits(as i bypassed margin req settings) for all indexed, treasuries , CL and GC. all symbol are working fine except "MYM" . Somehow for MYM i am getting "No position limit set for symbol" error even though i have set a limit for same in account editor. PFA screenshot attached. can you please look into my sim account and let me know if I am doing anything wrong? all other symbol are configured in similar fashion, so, i believe if other symbols are working then this symbol should also work.

Q2> can i created multiple server side simulated futures accounts? i believe answer is NO but cant find it in documentation so just confirming.

1. We checked your account and we do not see MYM listed on the Symbol/Product Limits tab.

Not sure why this is the case but add the symbol again.

2. You can create as many accounts as you want. There is no limit.

Hi SC team,

thanks for prompt response . sincerely appreciated. I believe there are still some issues with MYM.

Based on your above response, I created 7 new accounts by duplicating my original one account. thus having 8 accounts for 8 symbols.

1) the symbol MYM does not worked in original account(ESSmallAcc) and did not worked in duplicated account (MYMDow). then, I also created manual account (without duplication) and configured pos limit in account creation flow and added pos limit for MYM under position restrictions/limit tab of account creation. that did not worked as well. i also restricted pos limit in global symbol setting and did these steps multiple times. however, i am getting same error even after defining pos limit in account management multiple times and creating new account manually renders the same error as well.

2) second and more interesting issue is that I duplicated ESSmallAcc to create one account for ZN (ZN10yT) and it worked fine. but when i created a third account for ZB(ZB5YrT) by duplicating ESSmallAcc, it seems the new account giving me position limit error).

So, for 8 symbols via 8 accounts, 2 accounts are still are not working (MYM and ZB). I have configured individual accounts of each security many times in account management for position size limit AND also configured global symbol settings for individual symbol position limit for each symbol. i repeated these steps many many times but somehow still getting error.

Please advise.

We are looking this over. One thing we noticed in one of the steps you mentioned in a deleted post was this:

step 6: click Update

This is unnecessary. It might be causing the problem. But it should not.
