cannot see text under the tabs and TPo Profile missing

Hi,
I am able to see the real time data and i am able to see charts moving but TPO profile is missing and only volume profile is visible on my charts.
And the text from the Tabs like File, Trade, Edit, Charts, Tools, Global Setting ETC ETC are missing, i Cannot see text under these Tabs, Even on my Trade Window I cannot see my Account number an some of the Text is missing from that too.
I reinstalled Sierra chart and also Restarted my laptop Couple of times.

please let me know what is going on.

I checked the link. The problem is I cannot see any character when I click tabs like File, Trade, Global Setting ETC ETC.
so due to that issue I cannot attached the screen shot as per the instructions but I did take a screen shot and try to upload it through the below Tab (Add/Edit Attached Files)

That is an Operating System issue. Have you restarted your computer since you have had this issue? If not, then exit from all your programs (including Sierra Chart) and reboot your computer. Then start Sierra Chart again and let us know if you are still having the same issue.

It is working now.
The update of my window was not installed fully, it was pending. I corrected that and Uninstall and then reinstall sierra chart and restarted the computer.
