When using Volume by Price I am not able to get Minimum Time Period % for Reference Days Back to work for non time based charts such as number of price change bars or number of trades bars. It works fine for time based bars.

Should this be working or is it not supported?

The fact it doesn't work really messes up my process after a reduced hours session such as yesterday. Can this be fixed / implemented?

Thanks

The setting for Minimum Time Period % for Reference Days Back works on the length of time for the bar. Refer to the information here:

I've read the documentation and I don't see a reason for this not working.

I have two charts setup identically but one is time based and one is tick based as follows:
RTH session only
Volume by Price
Multiple profiles based on fixed time
Time Period - 1 Day
Reference days back - 1
Minimum Time Period % for Reference Days Back - 25%

The session on Monday 6th closed at noon due to Labour Day.

On Tuesday 7th the time based chart correctly skipped the Monday profile and displayed the Friday 3rd profile as expected.

The tick based chart did not skip the Monday profile and displayed it on the Tuesday session. As such the Friday profile was squashed inside the reduced hours Monday session and was unreadable.

Is it possible to have the VbP to behave the same way on the tick and time based charts?
