hi i am getting 15 min data delayed on the eurex datx denali exchange can you please advise

Your EUREX exchange did not renew on September 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time (the exchanges renew on the first day of each month).

To add funds to your account, go to this page:

Then go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom where you will see the list of exchanges that were recently deactivated. Select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchanges that you want to reactivate.

i paid 25usd on the 30 august for whatfor 1 day of data?? when i already paid eurex cqg for the month of august, this is not fair

Unfortunately, that is the situation. You activated the exchange on August 30, 2021. The exchanges work on a calendar month basis and they require that you pay the full monthly amount regardless of when you activate the exchange with that month.

We have gone ahead and activated the EUREX exchange for you for this month at our expense. But we want to point out that these are the exchange rules, not ours.
