Delayed download for updated custom study DLLs for International users

Hello,
We are seeing delayed download for updated custom study DLLs for International users.

When we release a new DLL, some of our international users (UK, New Zealand, etc) are not seeing our updated DLL.

Can you give insights into the DLL updating process?
Do you have different servers that need to propagate updates from the US to other servers?

Trying to understand how the backend works, as well as set expectations for our international users when we release a new update. It is a little confusing though when we release a new feature, and some people see it and others do not.

Is there a way International folks can force an update, or force a download from US servers instead of International if that is in fact how things work?

This does not make sense to us at all.

It does not matter where someone is located to receive an updated DLL file that they are authorized for and is distributed through the Sierra Chart web server. They just need to restart Sierra Chart to get any updated files.


If there is any problem downloading a particular file, that will be shown in the Window >> Message Log.
