Hi there, I have read Sierra notes on Interactive Brokers and I realise they have potential issues. Anyhow, they opened my account but when they drop out (say from not using it) and I re-instate the connection, they don't load the historical data. Is there a ticket on the support board somewhere, that I can find how to resolve this please? If I can't load the historical data and I keep having issues I will go for the professional set up but what is the difference between getting gblx (half the price) or the CME plus GBLX. At this stage I only want to trade ES, NQ, AUS200 - I use the delayed data for AUS200 that's ok, but some currencies like AUD, EUR/GBP etc sorry to bother you and many thanks in advance tfc |

All we can really do is point you to the following: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Interactive Brokers Market Data Problems And also, be aware of the option on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings for IB that states Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download Limit and that this is set to a high enough value for what you want. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
