gbpusd data load issue

i use the same chart, same settings, same of number of days but when i click on say eurusd or eurgbp, it literally takes a second or two to load the data but when i click(and only) on gbpusd, it takes quite a while(say 10 or 15 sec) to load the data. why? how can i overcome that? i reiterate this happens for gbpusd only. also, i know i asked this a year or two ago, but can we load on own icon files for toolbar buttons? is that a reasonable request and how long would it take? cheers |

This has to do with the amount of data in the data file. uhm...you know i ve been using sierra for a few years and am aware of most these settings. however i did reduce no of days and intraday storage time to higher seconds but that dont make a difference. i only have one chart and same setting for all symbols and no study. i click on different symbols on a quote board which is linked to the chart and load and display that symbol. all setting is the same for all symbols, chart setting/days to load (set to 1500)/ data setting (set to 1 sec) but to be exact when i click or load eurgbp or eurusd takes less than a sec but when i click on gbpusd quickest time ive recorded is 6 sec. i know it isnt much but it loads those two in a sec or almost on demand whereas for any gbp pair takes a noticeable while.

If you have increased the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit, then re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download in the chart, to reduce the data load time.
