Now that the CME has cancelled the 15 mins trading halt after settlement, N period is no longer just 15mins its now a full 30 mins. How can I get Sierra to automatically mark settlement price for indices at 3:15PM CT?

Settlement occurs in the last 30 seconds of the cash close. This has been the case for quite some time.
