Hi,

I'm using AMP CQG, and Stop Limit - Client. Yesterday, during a trade in gold (Long), the price went down to the stop loss level, the stop loss line disappeared and the trade remained. I started pushing flatten all, and the trade closed late, with a loss 8t more than planned. This is not a big problem with this trade, but if this error occurs with a strong opposite move, it can cause huge losses. Please inform me as to the possible reason for this error.
Screenshots of this event are attached.

You need to look at the Trade Activity Log to determine what the problem is and why the order was rejected (apparently):
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Also refer to:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Rejected Market Order When Using Flatten or Reverse Because of Position Limit Exceeded

This kind of issue will not happen with the new direct CME order routing we are going to be offering soon.

There is no error message in the trade activity log as if there had never been a stop loss. The marked line shows the closing of "market" after pressing flatten. On the same day, I had one more trade earlier and there were no problems with it. I always play with max margin.

This log is only set to show fills. At the top left select "All Activity" and press the Apply button.

This problem begins below the selected line. My accout balance was 2063 USD. Margin for 1k GC 2062,50 (very close). Why "available margin" is lower than "portfolio margin" and it decreases (probably with increasing loss). Why it actually worked after a few tries?

If I understand it correctly, then if the account balance (margin) is higher than the required margin of one contract, and the stop loss value (e.g. for gold 20t = 200 USD) then this problem will not occur. (2062.5 USD for margin + 200 USD or more for stop loss = minimum 2262.50)?

Please let me know if using denali data feed or this error would not occur?

Do I understand the cost tables correctly: using deniali data feed would change the cost from USD 124.80 (6 months package 3) to USD 172.80 (6 months package 10) and Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts USD 3.25 (for CME per month) - which is a total of USD 11.25 per month more than the Sierra Chart license itself?

The Denali Exchange Data Feed itself is just a market data feed and has no effect upon trading or margins.

The new upcoming direct CME order routing from Sierra Chart, has proper margin calculations and possibly this issue would have been avoided with it. But we do not know all the surrounding details of your case.
