Was wondering if you could recommend a clearing house / brokerage for Futures trading.
I do plan on utilizing Sierra Charts spreadsheet trading and experimenting with auto trading. Also looking at most cost effective way to get the necessary data i need to do the trading and charting. I currently have a td ameritrade account, a Gain Futures account, and have had a Transact Futures account, but be willing to open an account with whomever would be the best option.

Edit:
I have read the recommendation on the following, looking for a pointer to a specific one if you have one:

Introducing Brokers:
ADM Investor Services
Advantage Futures
AMP Global Clearing
Dorman Trading
ED&F Man Capital Markets
G. H. Financials
Stage 5 Trading
Wedbush
AGN Futures
(Any other futures clearing firm supporting Trading Technologies)

Thanks

At this time we would recommend Advantage Futures. And they do have introducing brokers like Stage 5.

Could you give the reasons you recommend Advantage over the others?

Thanks

Well at this point it is safe to say that Advantage Futures will be the first firm to be supporting the new direct CME order routing.

When Advantage starts supporting the new CME order routing does that mean Stage 5 is included or will that be a separate occurrence?

What are the differences from the trader's perspective in going through an IB vs Advantage directly?

I'm not sure about going through an IB like stage5, however, Advantage Futures currently requires an intraday trading margin of $5,750.00 per ES contract. Safe to say this is extremely noncompetitive when compared to other serious clearing firms.

If anyone has different information, i'd be happy to be corrected.

In regards to post #7, our general understanding is the advantage of working through an Introducing Broker is that you have a better quality level of support rather than having an account direct with the clearing firm. In either case though your account still would be at the clearing firm. The introducing brokers do not hold any money.
