Please i have subscribed to sierra chart standard service data, but when i tried to connect, it written on the top corner ,not connected please help.

The account with which you have posted from is expired. That would explain why you are not able to connect, if you are using the same account for your Sierra Chart software login. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, you will need to add funds and select a service package.
