I cannot see [M] symbol behind futures symbols

Hello, Help me please with my issue. I have subscribed to the SC datafeed as described in https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php, but no chart displays the [M] symbol behind as indicated. All approved, my funds charged for the remaining part of March. I use NQ, ES, YM and EMD charts. Thank you. |

The reason this was not responded to is because you set the thread to hidden. You cannot expect a response in that particular case. If you want a response , then do not hide the thread. There are two problems here. You are connecting to an IB simulated account. Sierra Chart needs to be connected to your IB Live account.
