How do I adjust the scale on the right-hand side of a chart if I don't have a mouse? Thank you so much!

You can access the Menu options for the Scale, and depending on what you want to do, you have a number of options there. You can also access the Scale window from Chart >> Chart Settings and make adjustments there. But, in terms of expanding/compressing the scale, there is not an option without a pointer of some kind. The best option would be to use a Constant Range and adjust that range as needed.
