Hi - I am using Service Package 5 Advanced.

I am receiving delayed data on various EUREX products OK (FESXU21 / FGBLU21 / FGBMU21).

The only issue is that the DOM data is only showing a single BID level and a single ASK level on the ladder.

My CBOT products are all OK, showing multiple DOM levels on Bid and ASK.

1) Should I be able to view more than a single BID / ASK Dom level on EUREX products?

2) If so, what do I need to do to view.

Thank you

Yes you should see approximately 200 levels of depth for EUREX. We will run a test now for these.

This is what we see for FESXU21:

We want you to update to the current version:

See if that resolves the issue.

Thanks - that has sorted out the problem straightaway.

Next time I will check and ensure I have latest version running.

Cheers
