Attached is a 500T chart of NQM4
at 7:07 PT I noticed that my Target was filled but the candle had not reached the target. i.e. I was trading LIVE, I got a notice from Transact telling me my target profit LIMIT order was filled but on my 500T NQM4 chart the candle showed that this was not possible. about 1/2 second later the candle painted. I am looking for a way of speeding up my candle painting
1. my environment -
Transact data feed
I7 quad core computer (usually about 1% or 2% load on cores) 6 GB RAM (usually about 25% used)
Sierra Charts #3 for chart trading
6 Mbps DSL line
I live in rural B.C. Canada (maybe 1500 miles from Chicago) a ping of Chicago Servers using Speedtest.net shows 86 ms.
my chart only has OHLC, ema21 and I am not using any automated studies.
I am downloading $tick and $trin which I would turn off if I know how to do this.

2. since the notification of the fill of my profit target occurred about 1/2 second before the candle was painted, it would seem my data feed is fast enough. Is there anyway of painting my candles faster with Sierra Chart.

3. I only noticed this on the filling of my target profit, but presumably I am being affected also when I place an order for trade entry.

2.
You are wrong.
The fact that you got filled (according to you) about half a second before your "screen" graphically showed the price trading your entry, actually say that you have severe latency issue.
There is total separation between the price data down stream to you, and the order routing upstream from you.

I went through help topic 4 and noticed 4.3 says "Sierra Chart processes incoming market data and the method by which the user interface is updated, slow data processing on your computer, at best typically only will cause data lagging issues that are less than a second."
Since I my concern is in my candle painting 1/2 second later than my notification of price fill, does this mean that is the best that I can expect.
ALSO
help topic 4.7 says "You can see how many symbols Sierra Chart is tracking by looking at the number after ST: in the second status window below the main menu (Window >> Status Bar)." I don't understand where to find ST. I have attached png of my window with status bar and can not find a ST on this status bar. I don't understand 'second status window below the main menu'

Hendrixon says:"There is total separation between the price data down stream to you, and the order routing upstream from you. ".
I am under the impression that my order executes at CME and the price data originates at CME. Transact takes both the price data from CME and my order filled notice and sends this to me. I am upstream from both the price data and the order filled notification. Because my order filled notification arrived 1/2 second before my candle was painted, there is a delay in my price data. the cause of this delay is still not determined. According to Sierra Chart help topic 4.3, a 1/2 second delay is normal for a resident in B.C. Canada

Sounds like I am confused about the price data and the order filled notification routing.
