Issues with 2 Charts on the Same Chartbook

I have 2 NQ charts in the same chartbook. in simulation mode when I closed (flatten) the position in chart 1, a short/long position is opened in chart 2. I have removed all links (by number and by type between these 2 charts. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

You need to look through the order fills and see what is happening. It sounds like there is a missing fill somewhere, or a misunderstanding somehow.
