Hello, i have cqg and denali feed. Denali feed isnt loading stock charts. What should i do?

We see that you have the both the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group data and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for U.S. Equities data activated. Everything looks good for both setups, so you should not have any problem with the data from the CME Group or U.S. Equities. What exactly is happening/not happening?
