I just paid for package 11 so I can use the new rithmic DTC. my charts will not load past June 11th. I have followed all the instructions to set it up properly and have a funded account. How do I fix this? thanks

We cannot help with historical data from Rithmic but you can use the data provided by the Denali data feed. This has nothing to do.with historical data. I don't even get anything from.fridays session. I use another platform with rithmic and I execute on Sierra dom. This makes no sense that I paid for version 11 and nothing works properly. Why isn't my charts even showing anything past June 11th? Also why do I need to enable Denali when I pay for rithmic directly through my broker?

- I want to only use Rithmic data. I don't want to use Denali data. - I purchased package 11 because I want to use Rithmic DTC, not because I want to use Denali. - I don't want to enable any exchanges because I already pay for them via AMP. |

Are you saying that you are not getting any real-time data from Rithmic?
