Hi I have Package 11 and i noticed on the cqg mobile app that i was not getting real time data. how can i fix thins issue?

You would need to ask your broker about the CQG data.
With respect to Sierra Chart, you are signed up to get data for the CME exchange through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The Denali Exchange Data Feed only works with Sierra Chart, it does not work with any other service.
