Не транслируются данные в реальном времени

Здравствуйте!
У меня в версии 1109 сегодня почему-то не происходит трансляция реальных данных по ES (июньский контракт), при удалении данных и их повторной загрузке происходит подгрузка истории (на момент написания сообщения подгружена история на 9:37 по Чикагскому времени), а далее трансляция реальных данных не происходит. Символы использую новые (фид от CTS T4). На втором компьютере использую старые символы и реальные данные поступают без задержек. Подскажите пожалуйста в чем может быть причина. Заранее благодарю за ответ

Restart Sierra Chart and open a chart for the ES futures. After this provide a copy of the Message Log after the historical data downloading is complete. Here are the instructions:

Спасибо,
проблему решила тем, что полностью переустановила Сьерра Chart на компьютере и трансляция реальных данных пошла в рабочем режиме.

Reinstalling was not necessary. That was not the problem.

If there is an issue, most likely it is simply due to a problem on the CTS T4 side where they are not responding to "Security Definition" requests or providing the data requested. This is something that we have been concerned about due to the symbol changes they have made.

Therefore, there is a potential for the problem to happen again. If it does, let us know and do not reinstall. We will see what the problem is.
