bitmex connecting loop and installation problem

My connection to BitMex keeps on re-downloading data every two minutes. I then proceeded to reinstalling the whole thing and now am getting errors where I couldn't finish installation. I sent a log to support with my installation problem. Unfortunately, i don't have the whole message log for my connection loop problem before reinstallation, only a screenshot. |

BitMex is not a reliable trading service. When it is busy it rejects orders to keep the queue manageable. Your disconnects are likely coming from BitMex, not Sierra Chart.
