bitmex connecting loop and installation problem

My connection to BitMex keeps on re-downloading data every two minutes. I then proceeded to reinstalling the whole thing and now am getting errors where I couldn't finish installation.
I sent a log to support with my installation problem. Unfortunately, i don't have the whole message log for my connection loop problem before reinstallation, only a screenshot.

BitMex is not a reliable trading service. When it is busy it rejects orders to keep the queue manageable. Your disconnects are likely coming from BitMex, not Sierra Chart.

We do not recommend connecting to BitMex for trading. Just use the market data as documented here:

Therefore, do not use the direct connection.
