Hello,
I have all my exchanges CME, ICE and EUREX activated through CQG and I connected to them using CQG WebAPI in SC.
CME and ICE exchanges work fine with SC except that EUREX only showing live market quotes and historical charts for daily and above, but all intraday historical data is missing in SC (minutes, hours).
I tried to connect directly to CQG Desktop platform on the web and I can see intraday historical data, so it seems that the issue is with Sierra Charts.
The error message that I'm getting is attached.
Thank you.

Regarding "No, I have never activated EUREX EOBI Data through Denali. As I mentioned below, I activated EUREX through CQG routing with Philip and now when I connect to CQG WebAPI in SC, it is not showing intraday historical data"
-- The only EUREX Feed at Sierra Chart is EUREX EOBI from Denali -- there are no other EUREX Feeds - CQG's EUREX Data is disconnected from Sierra Chart, again so its just EUREX EOBI from Denali.

You can activate it EUREX EOBI from Denali here:

But I already pay for EUREX data to Philip and other exchanges that I have connected through CQG, ICE and CME work fine with SC.
Are you saying that there is a different process just for EUREX and just for that exchange, I need to pay for market data to SC directly to see that intraday data?
Please clarify where the issue is.
Thank you for help!

Your ICE USA Data is coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, your CME Group Data is from the Denali Data Feed, that is why they are working fine, neither is coming from CQG.

Regarding EUREX, people connecting to the CQG WebAPI do not have access to EUREX Exchange Data, the only EUREX Feed at Sierra Chart is EUREX EOBI from Denali. You can activate it EUREX EOBI from Denali here:

Thank you, how can I allow all data feeds (CME, ICE, EUREX) to come from CQG side and not from SC or Denali?
Does this mean that I need to deactivate “Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed” and “Denali Data Feed” in order to allow CQG feeds to start working for all three exchanges?

It really is a mistake, to use CQG for market data for CME and EUREX. Our data feeds, for real-time and historical data are completely superior and work best with Sierra Chart. We do not recommend using the CQG data and in the case of EUREX we require that comes from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is policy.

For EUREX data you just need to activate the exchange from here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliEUREX

If you want to get ICE data from CQG, then we can cancel that for you. Just let us know.
