Hi i am unable to receive data feed from CQG on the eurex through Amp , i contacted them and they saying there is an issue on your side can you plese advise, thank you

First thing is to update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions:

Change your Service Package to 10:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

I am already paying for the CQG data feed to Amp can i not use that data feed ? Or i must pay an extra cost for the service package10?

You do need to use service package 10, and we do recommend activating the EUREX exchange fee through the Denali Exchange Data Feed and relying only on the Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX data. This month you can deactivate the EUREX exchange fee through CQG, and then only pay that through Sierra Chart.

We are phasing out support for CQG data.

sorry i selected the service package 10 but i noticed that the Current Usage Time Ending Date is now :   2021-08-05 23:59:59 UTC 17 Days it used to be the 12 of every month, so i lost a week of usage of SC that i payed this month can you rectified that please?

This has been recalculated:

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Service Package 10 has a higher price. We can make an adjustment for you one time for this month to make the ending date the same. We will do that.
