I keep getting this error in my message log.

Error setting System Date-Time. Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client. | 2021-07-19 06:07:33.017 *


I searched and it gave me and big list of things to do to correct it that is technically over my head. Is it effecting my SC in any way? I see my SC time is off by 00:00:00:193. Is that a big difference?

How is this Windows error message 1314 affecting my Sierra Chart? Is it necessary to try and fix the issue?

You're probably not logged in as a Administrator.

Just exit SC and start it up again as a Administrator and it should work.

Another way to sync the time on your computer is to use a third-party software such as Dimension 4.
