im trying to use the study zigzag cumulative volume with 10t renko charts on gold... however the waves between renko vs zigzag are not matching... the wave on the zigzag study begins 1 bar later when compared to renko charts... how can I fix that? would like to acumulate the volume based on renko charts waves... im using calculate mode 2 on zigzag study

I've noticed if you change "Calculate New Values On Bar Close" to yes will correct the issue but the next bar sometimes will show opposite color even though bar is still in the same direction. I don't have a problem with that because I look at ZZ Cumulative Volume as a trend instead of bar by bar.

Try calculate mode 3 and set the reversal amount to the same size as the renko chart.

He is referring to "Reversal Amount For Calculation Mode(2,3). Have you tried anything besides zero? I would also try what I mentioned earlier, "Calculate New Values On Bar Close" to yes. As the bar is building it may show the opposite color than it should but when the bar finishes it will be correct.

yes I tryed to use calculation mode 2 and 3 but its not correct yet... tryed to use reversal amount different from zero but its not correct...new values on bar close is set to yes

This is pretty close and all I did was add the study and change the last item to yes.

From the image you posted above (Sem título2.png ) you set the reversal amount to 10, but 10 ticks in GC would equate to 1, - so if you use calculation mode 3 with reversal amount 1, and the High and Low price set to close price (together with Calculate New Values On Bar Close as mentioned earlier) - it should work Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-07-20 02:08:13
