I added the equity data and data feed, BUT account shows professional which i am NOT.
i re-signed agreements, still nothing.

We have asked our data provider, in this case, for why they have you tagged as a Professional. As soon as we hear back, we will update you in this thread.

We have heard back from our data provider and they have received your updated agreement and changed your status to Non-Professional. You can now activate the exchange(s).

I followed all the steps and signed the agreements again, and have all the required data, and the equities still dont work
