Data keeps stopping from CTS

Hi, I have just upgraded to the new version and the data just stops in the charts, which is for ES. However, the tick and adv/dec data appears to be coming through with no problem.

Did you update the symbols in the charts and Trade DOM windows to the new symbol format? This is documented here:

After you do that, make sure you reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. If you still have a problem, provide a copy of the Message Log, following these instructions:

Hi, I updated all the symbols by doing a full reset. Unfortunately still no data coming through.

This is still the old format.
