Last Size Traded not accurate even after changing the DOM RESET setting

Hello,

The DOM last size traded isn't accurate. It displays 1 or 2 instead of 50, 200 or 300 which was the last size traded (photo attached). I read on another thread that I had to change ''reset cumulative last size on bid and ask change'' from a no to a yes. I did that, it did not make any difference. I'm still only seeing single digits.

The reason I need to see an accurate last size traded is to figure out how much trade is going through the market depth and to determine direction. It's a critical component of the DOM.

I've attached two photos

Thank-you!

Hi thanks for the quick response John,

It's MES.

Thank-you

1 or 2 is the correct Last Size Traded for the MES. You can see this by opening the Time and Sales window (refer to the information here: Time and Sales Window). The trades are typically in the 1-5 range with larger trades on occasion.

If you are comparing to the Numbers Bars, those are the cumulative trades at that price. You may want to add the Cumulative Last Size column to the DOM, as it sounds like that is more of what you are looking for. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Cumulative Last Size - Left/Center/Right Aligned

Thank-you I'll try the cumulative last size. Seems to be working better

Also refer to the following setting that you may find helpful:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Cumulative Last Size in Current Traded Total Volume (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)
