I have Denali and pay for CME data. However, I am not able to access data for CBOT TN (see attachment). Please let me know if additional services/fees are necessary and, if so, what they are.

I found some documentation here, https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/EasySolutionToCMEFundedTradingAccountRequirement.php, which suggests those with an AMP account should be able to access that data. But it is not working for me.

You are not subscribed to the CBOT data. You just have the CME Exchange active. To get that data into that installation of Sierra Chart you would need to subscribe to the CBOT exchange. You can add exchanges here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

If you do not want to trade that symbol and you are OK with getting the delayed data, then you can install a second Sierra Chart on the same computer and set the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. You will get the real-time data for the CME and delayed data for the other exchanges on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
