I reached out to AMP and they said everything is fine on their side, so I am wondering why when I switch from SIM to my AMP account nothing happens. Can you help me with this please

What is the exact problem you are having? What occurs and when?

If you are having an issue turning off Simulation Mode, then refer to the following:

i have an account with AMP they verified that everything is good on their end, it's funded and ready to go. when I switch from sim to that account and trade the micro ES for example nothing happens, no trade is placed, nada.

Make sure this setting is disabled:

And make sure you have selected your live account trading identifier:
