Rithmic DTC Order Rejected

Hello,

I have just switched from CQG routing + Denali to Rithmic routing + Denali (leaving market/historical data blank in 'Data/Trade Service Settings').

My orders (EUREX) are being rejected. My broker asked me to contact you. It looked to them like EUREX is rejecting my orders. In their opinion, this might be a Rithmic/SC issue. I am not sure how, but I am in their hands here...

I have sent you the log directly, should it assist (is this perhaps me setting something up wrong - I followed: Rithmic Trading Platform Service). I have tried switching between real/sim back and forth and that did not help.

We are not sure why the order is rejected but clearly the server is rejecting them. We will have to ask Rithmic to provide more detail.

Thank you. For your information, I have just tried trading on CBOT, this works. This issue may be limited to EUREX.

I contacted Rithmic yesterday. They say that it "looks like there seems to be an issue with processing Stop orders when sending an order through Sierra DTC" and "the normal limit and market orders should work fine". This sadly renders Rithmic and by extension SC unusable(for me)at this point for EUREX products.

Since I have not heard back again from Rithmic yet, I assume that this is a more serious systemic issue. I can't imagine that I am the only trader to use SC Denali + Rithmic to trade EUREX products.

--> Would you perhaps have more information/did you hear from Rithmic?
