I apologize for bothering you but somethibng is not correct. I read that I could recieve data with the advanced package and cme market depth for non professional traders. I then read that in order to recieve real time data that I will have to recieve the denali feed no matter what. Since the data was only 'set to renew' I was given impression that I could change what was set to renew. I changed to what I think I need, which is what I had in the first place, package number 11 with the cme for non professionals. I have paid more than enough and I am getting the message that I need to pay additional money to have service package renew. I would like the service package 11 with the cme with market depth. That is 46 plus a little over 10. I paid a payment of $49 earlier and just added another $10 and it is not showing that I am good for the month. Thank you for your time

First, you can always view your transaction history by selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts on the Account Control Panel. You can access the Account Control Panel by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software. You can also get directly to the transaction log by selecting the following link and logging into the Sierra Chart website:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog

In your case, your recent transactions were the following:
- July 6, 2021: Account Balance $0.60.
- July 8, 2021: Add $49.00: Balance $49.60
- July 8, 2021: Activate the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts for $10.40. Balance: $39.20
- July 9, 2021: Add $10.00: Balance $49.20
- July 9, 2021: Activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts for $31.20: Balance: $18.00

Your account is set to renew on July 10, 2021 for a cost of $46.00. Therefore, you would need to add $28.00 to your account prior to that time.

So I made the mistake of adding the full cme market data with exchange then? I actively was aware that that is not what I wanted so I don’t know how I did that. I must have accidentally did so. I added the extra $10 when I activated service package 11. Okay I’ll just eat it. Thank you.
