Chart not loading first minute bar

Using 1091, IQFeed data, with download and storage unit set to 1 minute. When I load a chart with a duration of 1 day, and a time of 9:30:00 to 15:59:59, for some reason the first bar is the 9:31 bar. Yet when I change the chart to show more than 1 day, the 9:30 bar is showing. I can confirm by adding a spreadsheet that indeed the first bar of the chart is 9:31 and not 9:30 as it should be. I have deleted and re-downloaded all data. The data is there, it's just not showing on a 1 minute chart of 1 day. I have confirmed that the problem does not exist in another software program connected to IQFeed. I have double-check settings many times. It sounds crazy but this is what's happening, and it's happening with all instruments (stocks, futures, etc). Let me know if you need a screenshot or more info.
