got my trading account now need live data

Hi, got my trading account, clearing firm is dorman trading. I have applied for live data service package 11 monthly. How do I upgrade to live data now without ahving to pay $115/mo!

I can't see the option to agree to the full cme group feed. I only see options that don't require a broker account. I think this could be because my account has been triggered as a professional account, even though i am a non professional.

Your account is set as a Non-Professional, so you should have access to the non-professional exchanges for the CME Group when you go to the Activate Exchanges page. Please try again and let us know what you see on that page if they are not showing properly. You can access the CME Group exchanges options here:

The one thing we do want to point out is that we do not see that you have connected your Sierra Chart to your Dorman account in order to verify the account for the CME Group. You will see this on the same Exchange Data Feed page above under the section for Verify Trading Account. Once you connect to your futures trading account, then that date will be updated to be one month out from the time of the connection.

Hi John, It's working now. But which "current selected service" should I use from within the "data/trade service settings" if my broker's clearing firm is Dorman trading? My broker is called "tradovate" by the way.

It depends on what trading service they have set you up to use. Most likely it is CQG, but you would really need to verify that with Tradeovate.

Once you know the trading service, then you will follow the Setup Instructions in our documentation for that particular service which is listed in this section:

In other words, if it is CQG, then click the link above, and find the section for CQG Trading Platform Service and select that link, then within the new page you will find a link for the Setup Instructions at the top of the page.
