I have to periodically active exchanges? Again, been doing this for 9 months here, why the procedure change?

There is no change in procedure. The reason the exchange was canceled was for this reason:
Denali Data Feed: Updated the Auto-Renew status for CMEGROUP_BOOK to (0). Reason: Low Account Balance.
