Chart #37 | Base Graph ID: 0 SubGraphData Array3: Out of Bounds array error at Index 0 | Running Numbers Bars on NQ and started receiving this error after changing the tick calculation settings. Tried changing it back and saving a new chartbook to keep the one I didn't screw up, still receiving the error and noticing lag in the program. |

The first thing to do is to remove all 3rd party studies from the chart (if there are any) to eliminate those as being the cause. If there is an issue with a 3rd party study, then the creator of that study will have to look into fixing the issue. from there, if you can definitely work out that the issue is due to a specific study, then leave that study on the chart as you have it, and then get us that chart by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

What you sent to us does not have any studies on it, therefore it would appear to just be a scaling issue. Right click on the right-hand side scale and select Reset. Let us know if you continue to have an issue. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
