nasdaq indices not happening yet

According to this: Announcement: Availability of Cash Indices I should be receiving the Nasdaq indices mentioned at the bottom. Some I get on an intraday chart only if I refresh (and they're 15 mins delayed - $BANK, $NDXT, $NAST). Some I don't receive at all ($SRIT, $SRFI). I funded for Nasdaq indices a week or more ago but have yet to receive them properly intraday. I have, today, done a Symbols Settings => Full Refresh. Suggestions? |

There was a problem with the backend authorization for the NASDAQ indices on your account. This is now resolved. Reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. $SRIT, $SRFI requires you pay the S&P indices exchange fee. Otherwise, we do see Intraday data for them: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=139508996558.png After enabling the S&P indices exchange, if you still do not get data for these S&P indices, let us know.
