3 years ago I used SC to trade with a 2000 tick chart (CQG data feed). No issues when comparing with Ninjatrader (also CQG). Tick charts never looked exactly the same, but they were quite similar.

Now, I set up SC the same way but using Denali (CQG for order routing only). There is a major difference in the number of candles (not just the shapes) when compared with Ninjatrader (CQG). E.g.: pullback with 5 candles (CQG) only has 2 candles (Denali). That's thousands of ticks of difference. I've been through your documentation and double-checked everything but I'm stuck. Please, find my settings attached. Thanks in advance!

Most likely you have the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Combine Trades Into Original Summary Trade enabled. This will change the nature of the bars, since trades that would be considered separate are then combined together. Refer to the information here:
Chart Settings: Combine Trades into Original Summary Trade (Data Feed and Exchange Specific) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu)
