He querido arreglar mi trade activity log, de manera que inicie desde cero, debido a operaciones que no se cerraban en el registro, despues de haber confirmado con el broker que no tengo operaciones abiertas. Asi iniciarla desde cero. Pero por el contrario, he realizado un desorden en mi registro, el cual solicito me ayuden a solucionar. No se si es posible que ustedes lo pongan a cero desde su propio sistema, hacia mi registro.
Pues ya lei en las instrucciones y no entiendo como hacerlo yo.
Por lo que solicito que ustedes me lo pongan a cero, como si no hubiera hecho operaciones.

We do not have the ability to reset your Trade Activity Log. That information is stored locally.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to clear the data:
Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data

Then we recommend editing the following setting to set it to a date and time where you know you are flat (right now, from what you state) so the chart will only show fills from that point forward. Note that you will need to set this for each chart:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
