The Chart is not working, no data feed EUREX

Hello
My chart is blocked, when I disconnect and reconnect it, it loads the missing data, but it still does not work.
I have the current version
I think I need service package 10, but I bought package 3. How can I change it now, pay extra to have access to data?

You are currently on Service Package 3 and using EUREX data from an outside source. Refer to:
July 1, 2021: EUREX Realtime Data from Denali Exchange Data Feed Policy

We have temporarily set your account to service package 12 for 30 days at no cost. So this gives you a chance to change to service package 10, and obtain EUREX data from our data feed.

So you should continue to receive the EUREX data, effective at this time.
