EUREX - Historical Market Depth not working

I'm on delayed SC Data

FESX and FDAX historical Market Depth don't load today, probably it stopped yesterday around 11.00 AM ET.
Forcing download via right mouse click do not work, deleting depth file do not work.
Real time market depth (delayed) works.

CME historical Market Depth works.

Can you check?

Again, same problem today, historical Market Depth don't work for yesterday and today data, realtime depth is ok

We are looking into the cause of this. For now restart Sierra Chart.
