Cumulative Daily Volume study is including the previous day Evening Session volume

Hi, In my chart settings, I specify the 16:01 - 20:00 "afterhours" period as the Evening Session. I have "Use Evening Session" enabled. I was charting a stock this morning (ticker MRIN)which had a lot of volume the previous day in the evening session. I noticed the Cumulative Daily Volume study is including this previous day volume. ie. It appears the study is starting it's cumulative volume count from the start of the evening session of the previous day period. At 6AM today, the MRIN chart was showing a Cumulative Daily Volume of 8.8 million versus the correct 350,000. I attached an image of my Chart Settings window. Thank You. |

Sierra Chart is setup such that the Evening Session is part of the following days trading. Therefore, if you want the Cumulative Daily Volume to be from the same date, then you would want to change your Session Times such that you are NOT using an Evening Session and the regular session times are set as the following: Start Time: 04:00 End Time: 20:00 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
