Using Spreadsheet Study without a 'formula' autofilling down.

I would simply like to type a number value manually for new bars, which over the course of a session would develop into a line. The spreadsheet study seemed like an obvious way to do this however entering new values into K3 copies that number all the way down. I realized I could just continually update K4 instead, but I would prefer to update K3 that way the most recent value I entered would continue to print for new bars in case I didn't want to enter new values for ever single bar all the time. I love Sierra Chart and also suspect there is a more efficient way to do this, since there typically is with this platform.

It sounds like you are wanting to start the line from a certain point in time. The Spreadsheet Study is the best way to do it, you would just need to expand your equation to start with an IF that is based on the time. So something like the following:
=IF(INTDATE(A3) + FRACTIME(A3) > DATE(2021, 06, 16) + TIME(08, 20, 0, 0), 1, 0)
