hello, i have registered two systems. on my main pc my account balance is displayed correctly and i could place trades. however, i cannot place any trades with my laptop (second system). The account balance is also not displayed correctly, it remains at $ 21. But it would have to be around $ 650. could you please give me additional help?! We do not know what you mean by "I have registered two systems." Do you mean you have 2 Sierra Chart accounts? Do you have 2 AMP accounts? Or are you just running Sierra Chart on 2 different computers?

It sounds like the latter - that you are trying to run Sierra Chart on two different computers. Are both computers setup to connect to your AMP (CQG) account?

We really need more information to understand what is happening and point you in the right direction.

hello, thank you for your reply.
i want to run sierra chart on two different computers.
The currently selected service is on both computers - "SC Data - all Services".
the account balance on the 1st pc is correctly displayed in full high and i could trade.
the balance on the second computer (laptop) is not displayed correctly. he still has the older data from my last trading stand,
far too little and therefore I cannot place any trades.

You have us confused. If the Current Selected Service in the Data/Trade Service Settings is set to SC Data - All Services, then the only trading you can do is in Simulation mode. When in Simulation mode, there is no Account Balance information.

So the image you provided in Screenshot2.jpg that may be remembered information from the last time you were connected to that account, but to ensure that the balance is correct, you really need to connect your Sierra Chart to your trading service.

What Trading Service are you using for live trading?

thank you for your help. i fixed the problem. i have connected to the cqg web api and requested a new password.
