Dates in the Date Range in the File are missing

Hi,

I couldn't find the following info on the board.

In Chart Settings --> Main settings, Dates in the Date Range in the File are missing as you can see in the attached pics. I can't enter the to date as it is greyed out. What happened and how to get it back?

I can't see the uploaded files here but there is a separate window says it's uploaded. Name of the file: MNQ dates missing.PNG

To begin with, the "To" date is not editable. It will almost always be the current day.

The typical reason both the "From" and "To" fields are empty is that the system is downloading the data.

If the system is not downloading data and you are still showing nothing in those fields, then the question is whether you have the bars properly displayed in the chart. Let us know what you are seeing at this time.

Yes, the bars are missing only on the daily chart (attached) but all other intraday charts (5min, 60min, Renko ) are all fine after the download is complete.

Select Edit >> Download Data From End of Chart and let us know if you get the data coming in then.

Also, make sure you are setup to get the historical data from CQG. We do not know why you would not be getting the data.

Once I upgraded to the latest version of SC, all is well - no bars missing on the daily chart.
