I use a bracket to auto submit my target & stop loss order OCO once filled (at quite some distance away from the fill price). However as soon as I'm filled the position is instantly flattened. It's happened on my last two trades. It only happens with the DAX. Can you help?

You would have to look at your Trade Activity Log to determine the source of the trade closing. Once you know the source, you can figure out why it is occurring. For instance, it could be due to the Global Profit/Loss Management, or something about your auto-trade system (if you are using one). Refer to the following:

I was long 1 contract at 15737 in the DAX and had an OCO fire off a target limit at 15753 and a stop-loss at 15721. Almost as soon as I was filled I was taken out of the trade. This is what the trade activity log is saying. I don't understand why there are error messages:

Check with your broker and see if they can give you any information on what exactly the error you received (INVALID COMBINATION OF EXECUTING TRADER IDENTIFIER AND QUALIFIER) is about. We do not know offhand, as that error is coming from either your order routing service or the exchange and implies that something about the order is not correct.

I'm using SierraChart's TT order routing service with ADMIS.

Have you traded EUREX before without any issue through ADMIS when using the SC order routing service? There is some configuration problem on your trading account on the TT side which is causing this:

Yes I've traded before on the DAX with Sierra's TT routing service (broker, ADMIS) without any problem (it's probably been a few months since I last did a DAX trade however). This is something new I'm seeing and it only imnpacts DAX not any of the CME symbols I trade.
