Problem with the CFE Data Feed (VIX)

Sierra Chart, I have suscribed yesterday to the Denali Exchange Data Feed CFE (VIX) and I have activated the exchange, but when I have tried to download data for the S&P 500 3M VIX ($VXV 1mn), I have had the response historical download data complete, but I have nothing on my screen. $VXV is the S&P 500 VIX Index. That symbol is available through the CBOE Indices that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. The CFE exchange that you activated just has the Futures instruments for the CBOE Futures Exchange. If you are looking for the S&P 500 VIX Futures, then that is the symbol VX and is available through the exchange that you did activate. You will find the list of symbols available from the CFE under that section of the Find Symbols page.
