Hi guys,

In global risk managment i have set an "daily net los managment" with an loss trigger value of -72.00 and a checked box for "Flatten positions when loss rules met". (See atatched image)

Assuming the positions where closed i didn't looked at it any further..till i got a margin call from my broker. It seemed that the limit and stop orders where closed, but the position was still open! My broker had to close the position because i couldn't.

What was happening here? Did i forget something or was it a flaw by SC?

Hope you guys can shed some light on this.

We do not know what the issue was. If there was a market order sent to flatten the position it sounds like it got rejected.

You have to examine the Trade Activity Log and locate that market order and see why it got rejected:

This also happened to me on SIM the other day. I'm on ver. 2268. After my global daily loss limit was hit, I hear alerts that orders were cancelled. All the chart trading lines on my charts disappeared so I assumed my working orders were canceled. But after a few seconds, I see the the chart trading order line appear on my charts but this time without the target and stop order lines. I had to disable 'Lock after Positions Flattened' since I have set 60 min. of 'Lock Time' before I could cancel/flatten the open orders. I record my trading sessions everyday so I can confirm this series of events. I looked at my Trade Activity Log and did not see any orders rejected.
