I'm trying to renew my account with service package 11. I tried to pay with paypal. It shows up in my paypal account that the money was sent to sierra charts but i have a zero balance in my sierra charts account. Please help my account expires today. Thank you

You will see the list of transactions in your "Transaction Log and Payment Receipts". There is a link to this from your Account Control Panel. You can also get to it from the following link and then logging into the Sierra Chart website using your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password that you use to login to your software:

We see that there was a payment made from PayPal and that there was a subsequent services adjustment for Package 11 for 1 month.
