Can't execute market orders through Sierra charts

Hi John, Can you help me a bit please. I am trying to open a position from Sierra charts to Intractive brokers but it doesn't let me. I thought in the begging that i had margin problem so i went to execute a trade directly from Interactive Brokers account and i could Do you think i must make some adjustments on my settings in order to continue executing orders from Sierra.
